Our agent ensures that what was presented in the application is what is obtainable and knows the places presented by proof of familiarization of the contact and tracing of the location

He/she provides digest information knowledge on each of the applicants, the trades in focus and on igba-boyi system, from the recruitment, training and graduation

He/she confirm that the master and the apprentice applicant understand and accept information knowledge that the agent presented

We brought in anti-violation of igba-boyi system that the two have to accept to bring confident and commitment in the agreement, training, and graduation

Requirement for contract Presence of the parent of the apprentice applicant (if possible) Presence of a person that stands for the apprentice applicant with the person’s NIN number Presence of the master with his/her NIN number The master must have been a registered anti-violation of igba-boyi system, which our agent in the city recognizes the membership Immediate registration of the master with the apprentice applicant under the master’s name in members of anti-violation of igba-boyi system

Training The apprentice learn the trade or craft through hand on experience Apprentice participate in Igba-boyi workshop and has access to downloadable texts and videos of the workshop

Standard of learning Basic knowledge of the apprenticeship Understanding of the system Oga and nwa-obyi’s issues, rights of each other and dispute resolving patterns (e.g., which that lead to positive and or negative outcome)
